Mark Cunningham
Managing Partner
30 years in corporate finance and the management of private wealth.
Mark started his career with Panmure Gordon in 1987, becoming a Director of Corporate Finance focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings. In 2000 he joined Helix Associates Limited, a private equity advisory business, before negotiating its sale to the US investment bank Jefferies in 2005. He remained a Managing Director of Jefferies before leaving to found Cunningham Loewenstein Asset Management in 2010, which in 2013 changed its name to Holbein Partners LLP. Mark sits on the Investment Committees of several large international family offices, which gives him valuable insight into the most recent trends and thoughts around the world. Mark is also Chairman of the Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity.
Andrew Rodger

25 years in litigation, private wealth structuring and business law.
Andrew qualified as an English barrister in 1993 and practised as a litigator for 13 years, during which he was also admitted to the New York Bar and qualified as a mediator. Andrew was previously Head of Family Office at Stonehage. He acts as General Counsel to the Mustique Company Limited and provides strategic and succession planning advice to a number of families. Andrew chairs the Development Council of a London theatre.
Steven Blakey

35 years in the international capital markets, particularly in credit/fixed income.
Steven has had a 30 year career in the international capital markets, initially at Chase and then at Merrill Lynch. He subsequently founded European Credit Management in 1999 as an institutional asset manager which, as CEO, he sold to Wachovia in 2007 with USD$30 billion under management, retiring as Chairman in 2012. In addition to his active investment and business activities, Steven is Chairman of a high profile charitable foundation engaged in the protection of wildlife and its natural habitat.
Dora Loewenstein

Dora is a founding partner in Holbein Partners LLP, a private family office. From 1992 to 2014, she ran Dora Loewenstein Associates (‘DLA’) a specialist event management company and now acts as a consultant for a small number of high-profile individuals and charities. Her earlier career was spent in New York, London and Paris in television advertising and production, and in business management for musicians.
Dora is a Honorary Member of The University of Oxford’s Department of Psychiatry; Trustee of the Mustique Charitable Trust; a Vice President of Save the Children and was formerly Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Mustique Company Ltd, Chairman of NSPCC’s Full Stop Campaign for London and a member of its National Appeal Board.

Michael has a broad base of financial and commercial experience and a proven track record as a principal investor. He was a Director at Electra Partners focusing on private equity and Head of Wealth Management at Durlacher. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of MxP Partners LLP, a private equity firm which is affiliated with Holbein and provides expansion capital to profitable growth companies in the UK and internationally. MxP have invested over £580m in a wide variety of sectors with an average investment size of £15m.
